Snow Blowers

Hello everyone, and thanks for your time. I purchased a Husqvarna snowblower and could use some help with my problem. I'm not sure how to adjust it for the forward movement. Right now when in first gear it doesn't move at all, but when I put it in second gear it moves. This unit doesn't have 15 hours total on it, so I'm hoping it's just a cable adjustment I can make. That leads me to my second question, what cable is it? The shop I bought from has been zero help, that's why I've come to you in hopes of some help. I'm pretty sure it's a storm force st230p.
