    Question:
I have an RZ4623 that has a vibration problem. It seems like it is coming or is generated from the clutch. I replaced the bushing in an idler pulley that was worn and thought that was the problem but not the case. The vibration begins after the mower is engaged and doesn't necessarily start right away but begins a few seconds or 45 seconds after engagement. hopefully you have a simple answer. thanks

Just a few thought here. These type problems I like to work on first hand.

Double check that idler that you replaced the bushing on. A lot time the bearings in the idlers themselves will be bad. Also check you blade pulleys as they can get bent and setup a harmonic shake.

To check the PTO clutch it should be as simple as removing the deck drive belt and operating the clutch without it to see if there is a balance problem with the clutch itself.

I also had the same problem but it was the pulley. The nut is striped, the hole in the pulley is striped & the cutter housing is striped. I have the mower for a little over a year. Would this be under warranty? I am not the one who put it together it was Lowe's.
