Hedge Trimmers

I have a Husqvarna 122HD45 hedger that will not start and it is less than a year old. I've only used it a couple times and it always started like a champ - no problems. I asked my son about a month ago to trim the hedges, but he couldn't start the hedger. I assumed maybe it was flooded, but now I can't even start the thing. The starting instructions are very easy to follow, and I have followed them to the T. I can't even get the engine to crank over.

I have a Husqvarna chainsaw and have never had a problem with it that's why I bought the hedger.
