      There is no such conversion chart. It like comparing apples to oranges. You're trying to compare the ability to do work and the cylinder physical volume. Now if it was HP and Ft-Lb Torque then there can be a conversion possible as long we at what RPM the HP is rated at and at RPM the Ft-Lb is rated at. For small mower and tiller type engine HP is usually rated at 3600 RPM and Ft-Lb Torque is rated at 3200 RPM but is not always the case. Even if you had the HP rating you need to know if it is Gross or Working HP.

      What the make and model with spec number are looking at? If you this info I see if I can any info that engine.
