    Were is the Husqvarna 455 Rancher made?
    Details:

    I can see that the bar is made in the USA but what about the power head? Husqvarna 455 Rancher.

    Hi Jakob,

    Thanks for contacting Answer Army.

    The power head is made in Sweden, then we install a Oregon bar on the unit.

      I have a 455 rancher and for three years it has performed very well, however, when i went to use it this fall, it ran very well for ten minuts and quit.  after ten to fifteen minutes it would start again and run well for another ten minutes and quit.  I replaced the air filter, plug and fuel filter and still the problem persisits.  what is the problem???

      I would first check to ensure you have fesh mix fuel(no older then 26 days). How is throttle response when it is running? Next check the spark arrestor in the muffler its a little mesh piece, ensure it is not clogged. My last resort would be to check the coil, your situation sounds like a coil problem. This is a common occurence when a coil goes bad, the way it runs while its cold but not when it is heated up.
