    I bought a WE 1 from Home Depot. They replaced the transmission, then the frame cracked in two, then they replaced the entire unit, then they replaced the transmission. This new transmission never worked and I am told they are sending me a new unit. What is the email I can use to discuss this? I understand this has a 2 year warrentee but I would guess it has been in for service for 4-5 of the first 12 months. Altaequip in Ft. Lauderdale has been doing all of the work. Again, I am looking for an email address to someone I can email about these issues. My last mower is still going strong after 15 years. Please assist. Thank you. JT

    Thanks for the letter .

    The only information I have is the consumer number 1-800-487-5951.

    Far as the unit we will repair or replace unit as per warranty statement. I don't know the issues

    on your mower but we will take care of this for you. Again if you have a question you can call the consumer line.
