Walk Behind Lawn Mowers

I bought the lawnmower a year ago and after I used it for two months it started to leak oil from the bottom , this Year I tried to started and wouldn’t turn on , I took it for service it took like three months to get an answer, they told me the frame was bend and it wasn’t covered, my question is what kind of warranty is that, you buy a defective product and you don’t have a company that’s going to make sure you get a good product
