Tillers

I bought a FT900 tiller yesterday (3/21/16). After 5 minutes of tilling with it today it rolled the belt over and cut it. I see that that has been a problem with them from the questions on here. I also see where someone got a replacement tiller and it did the same thing. Is there a solution to the problem they have? If not, will I be able to get a refund from Husqvarna for the tiller. I need it to work more than 5 minutes at a time. I know that the dealer I bought it from will not warranty it. He only passes on the factory warranty.
