    I recently purchased a PP400E. Great saw but I noticed after using it for the first time that the chain is not getting oiled. The resevoir is full. I took a look at the guide bar oil hole and it's as dry as a bone. I suspect a kink in the hose from the resevoir to the guide. Is this something I can fix or should I call the 1-800 number and arrainge for service?

    The oiler is not a user serviceable item and would need to be serviced by an authorized Poulan Pro service center.

    You do not need to call you can use the dealer locator at http://www.poulan.com and then take your saw and dated sales receipt for any warranty consideration to your local Poulan dealer.
