    On June 13 2011 I purchased a weedeater string trimmer model SST25C. i hve now spent over 4 hrs. trying to start the piece of crap. not only me but a few other people 2 of which were going to buy weedeater. Notice I said were going. now how do we go about getting this junk started.any help would be appreciated. we have pulled and pulled it fires but no way will it start

    We're sorry for the issues your having. There could be a number of reasons it won't start. If it is firing but won't start, it may be something as simple as a carb adjustment. You will need to let a dealer look at it for you. Go to www.weedeater.com to find a dealer near you.
