To Whom it May Concern:
My name is Terry Guin. I am writing to you today concerning an issue with my Husqvarna RAncher 55, 53 cc's, engine number 4HVxs.0535AA
I'm been a staunch advocate, user and proponet of Husvarna products for the past twenty years. Today, the abovementioned saw blew the spark plug out of the head. It's demise is not due to misuse. It has less than 100 hours' usage.
I've never changed the plug or done any thing other than put gas and oil in it. It is in the same condition as when I purchased it from the store (except is has now seen an early demise.)
When I looked into the cost of replacement parts, I realized I could buy a new piece of eqipment for the same amount of money it would cost to repair it. I would like help either on the cost of replacement parts or toward the cost of a new saw, from Husqvarna.
I appreciate your products and hope that you appreciate my point of view, in asking for some help, in order to continue my loyalty and advocacy for your products.
