    Question:
Hello, I have a two and a half year old 7021 high wheel self propelled mower. Last night, I was mowing my small 1/4" acre and while on a hill, the left rear wheel wobbled and broke at the hub. I took a look at the other wheel, and it is cracked as well. Seems to be a less than sound design? Anyone else have broken rear wheels?

Well.. Since no one at Husqvarna seemed to care about my concern, I called up a local mower repair shop and bought two used Toro wheels for $15. The wheels are significantly heavier and will definitely hold up much better!! I guess when this Husqvarna dies, I will be looking for a Toro or something else that will last.

By the way, I have also had carburetor problems out of this mower. It would continually leak fuel out of the carb and soak the air filter / stink up the garage.. I am real excited to have had my nice new mower sitting outside in the rain so my wife doesn't complain about the gas smell in the garage..

The long and short of it is that I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED in the Husqvarna mower and their service.. At least they still seem to make a good saw..

SWEET!!! Just to add to my Husqvarna mower woes, now the pull cord has broken! I guess I will have to fork out $30 or $40 to get it running again. My parents have offered up the Honda that my dad hit a stump with. It will cost me $80 or so put a new crankshaft in it (doing it myself), but it can't be less reliable that this one!

By the way, still not a peep out of anyone from Husqvarna or this marvelous answerarmy.com group!

Well that is a fine how do you do! My Husqvarna 7021 has laid down on me once again. A month ago, the ignition safety cable broke, so I robbed one off of a neighbors 10 year old Toro he was replacing... Now, surprise.... the self propel autowalk cable has broken. on top of that, the part ordered just came in... too short.. I guess I will get my exercise pushing this mower around the old fashioned way and loving all of the extra drag and weight of the non-functional front drive system.

Day # 402 without a response from anyone... I am so over Husqvarna that I can't even watch a UCONN basketball game without getting mad!!

Well.. Now my mower won't run for more than about 10 minutes at a time without taking a nap (ignition coil??).. I feel like I have bought an entire mower of spare parts in the past 4 years! I see that my post is listed as escalated, yet not a single response from anyone on anything.. Day # 744 of my saga.. sweet!!
