Walk Behind Lawn Mowers

I have a AWD 800 walk behind mower, 4 months old. As I look at the comments from the last 2-3 years, I see this company has done nothing to address the clumping situation. You cannot go 4 feet without having to use your feet to remove the clumps. Have tried everything, even opening up the bag trap on the rear to remove the grass that is trapped. The most horrible mower I have ever owned. I just wish I had read some of the hundreds of bad comments, would never have purchased this unit. I wish now I had returned it to Lowe's instead of thinking the company would provide some help. I wrote the company a letter with photos over 4 weeks ago and they obviously do not care as I have not received any reaction at all.
Does anyone know of a fix?
