I registered my string trimmer(serial# 1153410-49)on May 16, 2011. I am waiting to receive Free Husqvarna Gear. Please let me know when I can receive it.
I called the Customer Support(1-800-487-5951) to ask about free gear, but one of the representaives told me that she does not know anything about it. So she said that I have to find out by myself. And she was yelling me. You should educate them to be nice. I forgot to ask her name, but I called around 18:00 eastern time.

First, sorry you had a bad experience with one of our customer support reps. We've forwarded your complain to our support managers, who are dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the best service possible from our reps.
Secondly, you should receive your free Husqvarna gear (hat and koozee) in about 6 - 12 weeks after registering your product. Please let us know if you have not received your gear.
