Chainsaws

Like many I have read about, I have yet to receive the over-promised carry case. Extremely disappointed. Here has been the trail: first called a phone number - person was of no help. She said I must register at poulan.com. Wrong. I waited for several weeks with no info. Subsequently, I spoke with a second person, and she was very helpful and gave me the poulanprocase.com website. I registered on Oct. 8, 2012. As of Nov. 25, nothing has arrived. I understand hurricane Sarah may have impact. Unfortunately, there is no contact or communication from you. Very unimpressed. Please send case.

Following-up to this message...on Dec. 1 I received the carry case. Unfortunately, the unit does not fit. The "nozzle" that encased the chainsaw bar is too short. The chainsaw fits in the case, the the nozzle part of the case is not long enough to attach to the main body of the case as it is designed. Please advise. Model PP4218AVX, S/N 11279N200301-2
