Chainsaws

I bought a poulan pro chainsaw from home depot model # pp4218avx serial # 12129n200580-3. It was advertised to come with a free chainsaw case. I registered the chainsaw and was told to expect delivery in 4-6 weeks. It's been about 2 months now. Help!!
