Question:
I got a Poulan Pro chainsaw for Christmas. It had on the box instruction on how to get a free case with it. I went online and followed the directions. I got a confirmation number. I did this on January 4, 2013. It is now April and I still haven't received the case. I called customer support and they said they had no way of checking on it. Does anyone know what I should do?
