Walk Behind Lawn Mowers

I just received my Husqvarna Model 7021P and registered it today. Confirmation # 140502-000199. There is a problem with the grass catcher. In the back of the bag, the bottom is not attached. The sides are attached to the rigid bottom, but the back isn't. That will be a problem when using the grass catcher. What is the procedure to getting a replacement sent to me. I bought it thru Amazon.
