Is this a brand new mower? And what kind of out level problem you have?

Hi. My Lawn mower has deck level issue. Left site blade and Right side blade have different hight. so that makes uneven cut.

I tried to adjust it. But still same. Thanks.

      Sean,

I just adjusted my mower deck height  last week, unfortunately It is a different Manufacturer however it is very similar in adjustment process. I also reviewed your mowers OM manual & IPL manual. The OM directions seem fairly straight forward, however what I found is If you expect a lot of height change you will need to adjust that adjusting nut radically like several turns, and then check the height again.

Also I am assuming all of the linkages that support your height adjustment are correctly installed, but maybe something is not connected to the correct place or is missing. I would recommend  using the IPL drawing and verifying that all of the linkages are in place,  and connected  correctly, and then trying to adjust it again but make several adjusting nut turns, like maybe 3-4 complete turns, Just to see If it is raising or lowering the deck.

Also always measure from the same point of reference, maybe using a marker mark that point of reference, and measure to the same point. Also when I did mine last week, I layed a sheet of plywood down on my lawn in a flat area and drove the mower onto the plywood, so I knew I had a good flat surface as a reference too, but maybe you have a flat concrete driveway which will work the same.

Lastly, If No adjustment can be made, and as a last resort, I would disconnect the mower Deck and pull it out from under the mower. Place the mower deck on a flat surface, and verify that the mower deck is Not bent up,and measures flat to your ground reference  surface.

This is also a good opportunity to thoroughly clean and lubricate all the moving parts on your mower deck, If everything looks OK, and ALL  of the linkages, support bars, and Deck are in good condition with nothing bent wrong, then re-install the Mower deck making sure all the linkages are connected correctly, and to the correct places,  and try the adjustment again.

I hope this helps, and sorry about being so wordy

Also note that one side usually the left is about one blade thickness lower the other. I have never understood why Husqvarna does this. This can't adjusted out. It will shimming the spindle that is the problem to get the blades of the same height.

This actually drive me nuts as I don't see this problem on MTDs or other OEMs mowers.
