    Question:
I have always used Husqvarna equipment on my small tree farm in central Ohio. I keep coming back to you guys because of the quality of your professional grade equipment and the reliable warranty that backs it up. I am currently experiencing some frustration with my most recent Husqvarna chainsaw. It is less than a year old and has seen relatively infrequent use. Its been difficult to start since I bought it new, and now it just wont start at all, no matter how many times I pull the cord. I am told by the retailer's shop that the engine is burned up and that the Husqvarna rep won't cover it under the warranty because, in his opinion it is a result of using improper fuel. This is just not possible. I have an array of 2 stroke equipment consistent with operating a small tree farm, most of which bear the Husqvarna label so I know how to use and maintain two stroke engines, and I use enough mixed fuel that it just doesn't stay around long enough to "spoil", and when it does I dump it in my tractor and mix new fuel. This is a $600+ chainsaw and should most certainly last longer than a year of light to moderate use. Please let me know what information you need to start the ball rolling to get this resolved.
    Thank you,
