Riding Lawn Mowers

WE Just Purchased a Brand new Garden Tractor with the 48 Fabricated deck it is leaving a lower cut stripe of grass on the right hand side of the cutting deck. I leveled the deck and lowered the anti scalping wheels . What is up with this only a month old.
