Just purchased a YTH 23V48 tractor looking at puting on a slleve hitch for equipment but the site indicates that i requir 23 inch tires and this tractor comes with 20 inch tires.
do I have to change the front and rear tires if so what are the sizes of the front and rear tires ?
After this how do I adjust the mower deck to get the same height as indicated on the tractor>

The YTH series is not designed to accept a sleeve hitch, the GTH sereis is eqpuipped with the correct frame and transmission to accept the sleeve hitch.
There are no provisions to install a sleeve hitch on the YTH or LTH series of tractor. If the sleeve hitch is desired you will need to purchase a larger tractor.
We do not offer wheels or tires to convert, as you would also have to covert the frame and transmission.
