To all that might try to use this public forum. It is a joke!!! If you read through some of the questions and issues that people post (myself included), you will find that there are very similar recurring problems with ANYTHING made by Husqvarna especially Poulan and Weed Eater products. It is incredible that in today's age of communication that you can't reach or talk to a person. Instead you have to resort to this stupid "public forum" in an attempt to communicate.
On the off chance you would get a reply, the standard answer seems to be "talk to the hand". I have yet to find a reply the states the company will stand by their product. Any problems are someone else's fault.
My advice: Buy a product anywhere that DOES NOT have the name Husqvarna, Poulan, or Weed Eater on it. It might last longer and if it breaks maybe they will stand up and take care of their customers.
