I have both a 150B back pack blower and a 125B hand held and I have problems with the nozzles on both. The 150B is so tight it can not be fully assembled and the 125B is so loose that it constantly vibrates off when in use. I called Husqvarna and they told me to bring them to the closest servicing dealer, O'Connor's, which I did but they refused to look at them. They told me that they will not do any type of warranty work unless they were the selling dealer. They went on to tell me that the problem I have is common to those models and, while the blower works well, the nozzles "suck" in there overall quality and usability. What kind of a company would have a customer service policy this poor. Any suggestions?
