Walk Behind Lawn Mowers

Last summer, we purchased a new (gas) mower.  When we opened the box, we noticed that one of the wheel handles was not attached.  Upon further review, we noticed that it looks like one washer is missing.  We're requesting the missing piece be provided.

I had attempted to contact your service last summer with no response.  Before the mowing season starts this year, I would like to get the issue resolved.

I have a couple pictures of the issue and what we believe is missing.  you can contact me for the other pictures.  We have the handle, but are missing the inner locking ring.
