    Question:
I purchased a Husqvarna 125B blower on 10-08-2011. I used it three (3) times before the end of the season and prepared it for winter storage. In March of 2012, I used it for the first time of the new season with no issues. A week later it would not start and no fuel was coming to the primer bulb when I pushed it.
Since the blower was just six (6) months old I took it to an authorized repair dealer thinking they would solve the problem and it would be covered under warranty. Instead, they advised me that my fuel line had rotted and that the unit was not covered by warranty. I had only used the unit four (4) times prior to this. They also stuck me with a sizeable repair bill. They advised me to use fuel that did not have ethanol in the future.
I have two units from Echo (a string trimmer and stick edger) and have been using the same fuel in those units that I used in the 125B for many years and have never had an issue. I called a customer service rep and explained the situation and they told me that someone would contact me with a resolution to my issue. That was over a month ago and I have not heard from anyone. I am making a last effort to try and get this matter resolved with you, because I believed Husqvarna was a quality product/company and that they would stand behind their product. Please help me with this issue or refer me to the appropriate person in customer relations that may resolve it. Thanks.
