Question:
Bought a HU700F mower march 2012. The drive cable recently broke. Is this covered under warranty. I bought it at lowes
but no longer have the actual receipt. Would Husqvarna have record of when this was purchased based on serial number.
I checked with lowes and got a print out of the transaction but it doesn't show the item purchased, just the amount.

This is typically covered under the warranty but you do have to take it in to a certified repair center to have it fixed. Usually they do require proof of purchase but the dealer should be able to help you.
