    Question:
Does Husqavarna really want return customers?
    Details:

I bought my self propelled walk behind on April 4, 2013 from my local Lowe's. By the middle of July, the drive cable broke, and I returned it to the store to be repaired. Of course, this problem was NOT covered by the 3 year limited warranty, and I was expected to pay $150 to get it back, after the shop having had it for nearly 3 weeks. I paid over $360 for this mower, and I expected to get a little more than half a season out of it. I don't have the money to buy another.

In addition, now that it's back, it still does not have a fraction of the power it had the first time I used it. And the cheap plastic grass chute is already worn to the point that it won't stay attached to the housing during use. The built in cleaning nozzle where you can "wash" it out with the hose is useless.

I am extremely unhappy with this mower, and more than that, just disappointed that I chose to give Husqavarna my money for what I mistakenly thought would be a quality product. I'm now stuck borrowing a relative's mower again this summer, just like last summer. I wonder whatever happened to pride in workmanship, built to last and all that crap.

It's little wonder no one buys American anymore; it's all crap.
