Question:
I purchased a brand new husqvarna 460 rancher less then 3 months ago from Lowes in manchester , CT.I have been in business for 10 years in the tree removal business and today for no reason it just quits running. I brought it back to Lowes and they said because I didn't have an extended warranty that I would have to pay and wait 30 days for my saw. I am 100% not happy! A less than 3 month old saw should not crap out like that and then tell me I have to pay for a obvious manufacturing problem! I want either a refund or a new chainsaw. This is absurd especially after I paid 500$ for a saw that only ran for 3 months. I lost the receipt but Lowes was able to look it up through my credit card . Something really needs to be done about this! I use my saw for work and its my tool of my trade and need it. Someone please do something about this.
