just bought a new 455 Rancher! This saw is awesome! The saleman at Lowes tried to help me with the free chainsaw case promotion, with no luck. suggested I try to contact Husqvarna, can you help me get the free chainsaw case for my baby?

It is upsetting that you have had this concern.
The "FREE" carrying case is only available if the saw is purchased from an INDEPENDENT Husqvarna Sales and Service dealer. They are not available if the unit is purchased from a Mass Merchant.
