Parts Question
The transaxle assembly for the Weedeater One is not available from Husqvarna parts distributors. It is the listed replacement for the friction wheel for the One.
Can part # 532 43 65-59 friction wheel for the Smartcut be used to replace the friction wheel in the WE One? It supposedly is available from Sears Parts Direct for 1/10 the cost of the transaxle assembly.
I looked at the parts list for both mowers and see there is a difference in the friction wheel. My question now is how close to the same outside diameter are both wheels? If they are the same then I would order the one for the Smartcut and have a machine shop fit it to the friction wheel assembly on the One.

Unfortunately not, these parts are not interchangeable.
It is upsetting that you have experienced that problem. However we have the transmissions in stock currently for immediate delivery both to HUSQVARNA branded dealers as well as consumer branded (WEEDEATER, POULAN...) distributors. The dealers you are working with maybe ordering from a distributor and I can not answer to their inventory levels.
Any HUSQVARNA branded dealer can order this part direct from us. Please ask your dealer to review parts availablity. If this is a non HUSQVANA branded dealer such as a WEEDEATER or POULAN dealer they would have to order the part from a distributor. The distributors do have the ability to order parts on a rush if they do not have them in inventory.
