String Trimmers

I recently chatted with a representative from Amazon.com, and he directed me to this site for a resolution, since I have a 2 year warranty on my Poulan Pro trimmer, which I recently had at a Poulan authorized service dealer, Groton Cycle Center, for over 6 weeks, after which time they were unable to obtain a coil, which they believed was the issue (would not start). I have a Poulan Pro 966774301 4 cycle string trimmer, model 132005400612, SN 132005400419, shipped on June 18, 2015. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jolene Perkins.
