String Trimmers

My new Poulan Pro string trimmer/chainsaw starts fine in start position, but even after allowing engine to warm-up, it will lose power and stall when I place lever in "run" position and attempt to use trigger throttle control. This unit is only two weeks old, I can only use it in "start" lever position, please advise!
