Check the bar if it has the label "FT" or Farm Tough on it. If it does, take it in and have the bar replaced with the HT bar. Have your sprocket checked to see if it has been burred by the chain being kicked off. If it has, replace that as well. Your entry states that the saw was purchased 10/11'. Take your saw as it is to an authorized dealer with the sales receipt and have them call us on the Tech line so that we can get this issue corrected. Give the dealer the reference #
120310-000230 and tell them to call in with that number so we can discuss the necessary steps to correct the problem and get you back to cutting wood.
