Question:

I am considering buying a 128LD trimmer at Lowes, but I see that they have received a LOT of criticism in recent months for not lasting very long, not starting, getting jammed etc. One poster maintains this is a QC problem at Husqvarna since older shipments of 128LDs don't suffer from these issues. Can you comment on this please before I decide?

Thanks for contacting Husqvarna to post your questions.

The only issue that model had was a problem with the starter pulley, that was two years ago and the issue has been resolved since then.
