Chainsaws

2-cycle oil question: I was told by a chainsaw shop in logging country that a mix ratio of 32:1 or 50:1 is controlled by the "oil" and not the saw. They said if the oil is 50:1 you can use that mix ratio in a saw that is 32:1. The shop also said today's oils are much better than oils from years ago. Please comment. Thanks, Rocco, Walton, NY
