Chainsaws

I purchased a poualn pro chainsaw pp4218avx on 06/17/2012 and registered it on 06/17/2012 for my free case. It is 10/07/2012 and I still dont have it. My confirmation number is 120617-000372. I called customer service and they said to go to polanprocase.com and enter this number and there was no place to do that. Ire- registered it again and the new confirmation number is 121oo2-002892. This not good for customers and I would expect someone to get my case out to me. False advertising is not a good way to retain a customer !
