Question:
Handheld blower - model 125 BV. Tried to use the vacuum attachment for first time. Worked fine, but need to readjust the position of the vacuum bag over the vacuum tube to better align the should strap position. After 10 minutes of struggle I gave up, as the elastic really seems to be seated well on over the tube.
Is there an easy method to reposition the vacuum bag?

I got it taken care of....just patience and a screwdriver (to pry under the elastic) and a pair of pliers to pull the vacuum bag out of the seat....had everything originally, except the patience.
