    Question:
While mowing my lawn I heard a loud bang. Now my mower blades will not rotate. I removed the mower from the tractor and it seems to be ok. What do I do next?

    Hi Marty,

    Thanks for using Answer Army.

That loud bang doesn't sound good.

If you have a single blade walk behind machine you may have ran over something and damaged the spindle shaft stopping the blade from spinning. If it is a multi blade rider, of course check the belt and make sure that it is still in one piece and tight.

Your best bet is to take it into an authorized service center and have those guy's take a look at it. They are the best solution for your query.
