Dale, A few things to check:

Check that you have fresh gas in the fuel tank, If your using the fuel that has been left in the tank for most of the summer or even a month or two, then dump it out into an approved recycle container. Now, get some fresh gas at your gas station, and mix up the proper fuel to oil ratio, I also add a little "Stabil" stabilizer or equivalent to the new gas right away.

Next, Check your owners manual for the proper start up procedure, one time I forgot about the throttle control in the handle, and it was in the off position. I primed it, put the choke on, pulled on the starter cord but couldn't get it started. So make sure your throttle control in the handle is set to about 1/3 to 1/2 from the off position, Next put the choke on, next press the primer bulb 3-4 times and check to see that the primer is pumping fuel, finally pull on the starter cord 2-3 times, and it should start.

Next, Check that you haven't already flooded the engine, How many times have you pulled on the cord? If alot more than 2-3 times? then yes your engine is probably flooded. So stop what your doing and let the blower rest for a while maybe 30 minutes to an hour. Then start from the begining again, Or If your in a hurry to get it started today. Then remove the spark plug and see If it is wet, wipe the spark plug clean and dry, and set it to the side. Now with a rag in hand cover the spark plug hole, and pull on the cord 2-3 times this will blow out any excess fuel in the cylinder. Next re-install the spark plug, and try again from the beginning following the instructions.

Next, If this still doesn't work you may need to take it to an authorized Husqvarna repair center, there are a number of other things you could check, but I would start with the above items. I hope the above information helps.
