Hedge Trimmers

I have a new 327HE4 Hedge Trimmer ... Worked fine out of the box. But after 3 uses the following happens. The motor starts and runs fine ... when I squeeze the throttle, the blades start but after a few seconds something bogs down, causing the motor to stall ... I can rotate the blades at the gear head using an allen wrench. Something between the grearhead and the clutch is sticking or jammed ... have not attempted any disassembly ... no manual

Need help
