I have a 7021rb mower, the spring at the endo of the drive cable broke. do I have to replace the whole drive cable or can I just replace the broken spring
Answer
I am assuming that you are looking at the cable that is for the transmission engagement.
Due to way spring is attached you would obtain the whole cable as spring is not available as a separate item.
Here is an online source where you can look at the cable assembly and also it is not a bad price when it includes free shipping. You can also check with your local dealer and you might save some there.
