    Question:
I have a ST 1030 Snowblower. I replace both belts with the correct part number. The auger belt is to tight causeing the auger to spin without putting the handle down. I adjusted the tension pulley all the way back and it didn't make a difference. The belt started to burn when I started the unit up. Also, the drive belt keeps jumping of the pulley, I have adjusted the tension bars acording to the manual but it jumped the pulley again. Any help? Thanks
