    How do I return a defective chainsaw for refund/replacement?
    Details:

    After my third use, my Poulan Pro chainsaw stopped working.  It was used per directions, with bar oil full, etc. but now the chain crank will not even rotate - even without the chain on it.

    I am not satisfied with the product and would like to return for a refund/replacement.
