Question:
I bought a blower, model 125B Serial # 20103504064, a year and a half ago. I have barely used it and could not get it started. I took it to Kageys small engine in Canton, Ohio to get looked at. They stated that the ignition coil is bad and needs replaced. The technician advised that he looked up the serial # and thought it should be covered under warranty so he called Husqvarna. Husqvarna denied the claim because no registration card was filled out. Even though it is still within the warranty period and it was not anything that I did to the blower. I have spent thousands of dollars on Husqvarna products in the past, I have a Husqvarna tractor, 2 chain saws, a weed eater along with the blower. I am highly disapointed that Husqvarna will not stand behind their product just because a card was not filled out.
