The unit does not have traditional points and condenser it is electronic ignition. The time period you describe could be tank venting (fuel delivery) or ignition related. Depending on how old the unit is there could be warranty it has a 2 year consumer warranty to the original purchaser, the commercial warranty is a shorter period of time. I would encourage that testing be done before ordering parts as parts replacement type of repair can get expensive and may be unnecessary.
