Hi,
I have purchase a Husqvarna 435 on Amazom.com,the parcel has arrived in very good condition but the chainsaw is simply not working.
I have read the manual, filled the lubricant oil tank up, filled the fuel tank up with a 1:50 mix, followed all the instructions with no successful result, the engine is not firing at all.
I have emailed Husqvarna Australia to query about the warranty of my chainsaw but I'm not getting any reply.
Is the warranty valid in Australia, being purchase on Amazon.com, and who will look at it for me?
