Problem:
Unit Operates Correctly, However is Still Not Performing as Expected
Cause:
Wrong Application. The customer is using the wrong unit for the task at hand and customers expectations are not being met
Steps:
- If the unit is running properly as described in the operators manual however seems to not perform as expected it is possible that the customer has purchased a unit that is designed for smaller tasks.
- Make sure that the unit that the customer is purchasing is the right size and model for the task that the customer will be using the unit for most often.
