Thanks for the question at Answer Army. Accessories and parts are not currently available on-line for purchase. There are companies and websites that sell some of our items online, but we highly recommend purchasing them through your local servicing dealer. This is a very sad discovery. One of the main reasons I purchased a new Husqvarna chain saw is that I thought I would be able to purchase parts and accessories on line. I haven't used my new saw yet, and now that I have discovered this, I am now considering returning it and purchasing another brand.

Quick note to clear up any confusion: what Brandon meant to say is that you can't purchase parts/accessories directly from Husqvarna.com.
You can, however, purchase accessories from:
- sears.com
- lowes.com
- any number of dealer sites (try a google search for the accessory you need).
For parts, you can purchase from these sites:
- partstree.com
- jackssmallengines.com
- plus other sites.

Thanks for clearing this up Mike. That definately changes everything regarding my thoughts about returning my new saw now. I will most definately keep it. I'm very happy to hear this, as I was planning on purchasing another new Husqvarna tomorrow. :-)
