    Question:
We bought a P-ZT5224 zero turn mower on 5/5/12. Within the first 2 hours of use, a bolt that held the deck up came off and was lost on the same day we purchased it. The dealer(Village Motorsports in Unionville VA) told us we had to bring it in to be fixed but due to our work schedules that was impossible during the week. They did order the part and we put the bolt back on ourselves. The third time we used it, the drive belt came off and a spring that holds the deck up popped off. My husband put the spring back on and the belt but the belt came off again. We went this past Saturday to speak to the dealer about this but had a terible experience. Yes, there was a problem with their power but the rudeness of the associates was horrible. The lady outside walked up to us and said they could not help us and were closed. We just wanted someone to take our information and offer some type of assistance (even if computers were not up they were still walking around the shop). We asked to talk to someone in service and she went inside. We could hear the two of them talking before they came out and clearly had no intention of helping. All they had to do was take our name and offer to rectify the situation when power was on. They just wanted us out of there. We spent alot of money on a mower that was supposed to last our lifetime and it seems every other time we use it, something goes wrong. We are back to using our old mower because the belt is still loose and we just don't have time to take it back to the dealer every time something goes wrong. Now we don't even want to deal with Village Motoersports for repairs. What ever happened to customer service? Can we use another dealer who has better service? I am very disappointed with this purchase and don't know where to turn.
